Pipe lengths are generally double randoms.
To determine the weight of a seamless tubular, please use the following formula.
(OD-WT) x WT x 0.0246615 = kg per metre.
Outside diameter = OD. Wall Thickness = WT. Both to be applied as mm.
As an example, a tubular with a 219.1 mm outside diameter and 12.70 mm wall thickness can be calculated as:
(219.1-12.70) x 12.70) x 0.0246615 = 64.645 kg per metre
